VISIT TO VEGAS

Steve and I went to Las Vegas to see Nick & Darlene. We had such a great trip. First night we went to a great place to gamble "Slots of Fun" and had loads of fun! We all played a little blackjack and the guys enjoyed the craps table. We stayed up until 3am!!! This was way past our bedtime. Saturday we enjoyed a great dinner and saw "Donny & Marie" live! Everyone really enjoyed the show then back to Slots of Fun! On Sunday we went to see the apartment and saw the U of A get picked to play in the tournament... Shock - Shock - Shock! That made Nick's day. Then we went to see the "Jersey Boys" which were amazing. This was the best show I think any of us have ever seen. If you go to Las Vegas you have to see the Jersey Boys. After all of this excitment we had to say good-bye. Steve had to continue on to Newport for a business meeting while I traveled back to Tucson to pick up Katie and Bella. We are so glad Nick & Darlene are doing well and we are so proud of them both.

BYU vs. Arizona Wildcats

What a day it was for everyone. We had sent all of the boys to Las Vegas to see the best game ever U of A vs. BYU. This was hard for Steve since he played for BYU but also went to the University of Arizona. He figured either way was a win for him. However, he wanted to see U of A pick up a bowl win. Especially since it has been so long since we have had a bowl victory. As you can see from the picture of the red noses it was too cold! This was my birthday present to Steve... Las Vegas with his boys at the best football game ever. Go Cats!

TRIP TO MAUI

Steve and I were fortunate to take a trip to Maui this summer. I grew up on Oahu and had not been back since 1976 and Steve has never been to any of the islands. So we finally went and had the most incredible time. The ocean has so many different colors and the people were so nice. Everyone kept telling us Mahalo! So when we came home Steve would always say Mahalo this and Mahalo that! Enjoy the beautiful sunset picture.
